Ron Klain, incoming chief of staff for president-elect Joe Biden, on Meet the Press Sunday said that the government must approve the transition this week, saying it would allow them to meet with officials on issues such as the COVID-19 vaccine. He also said it was “positive” Trump appeared to recognize on Twitter that Biden won, though the president later said he does not concede and once more claimed the president-elect stole the election.
