Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Friday said he listens to advice from chief medical officer of health, Dr. David Williams, when it comes to guidance during the coronavirus pandemic, and said if he gets the green light from Williams that a lockdown is necessary, he would lockdown “quicker than you can blink your eyes.”
