November is Adoption Awareness month

Children’s Aid Societies have not been untouched by the challenges of COVID-19 and its prevention protocols. In the middle of Adoption Awareness Month, we look into some of those challenges for the Kawartha-Haliburton Children’s Aid Society as it tries to protect children, reunite families, and in some cases, help define new ones. We find out more from Karen Kartusch, Regional Adoption Manager for three of Ontario’s Children’s Aid organizations.
