Manitoba reported nine deaths from COVID-19 for the second-straight day Thursday and again saw record high levels of hospitalizations and patients needing critical care as a result of the virus. Dr. Brent Roussin, Manitoba’s chief public health officer, at as press conference Thursday tried to clarify the rules around gathering sizes.
