Residents in Rossdale who are fed up with the homeless encampment in their neighbourhood say there’s no reason for people to stay, as the city has opened indoor shelter spaces amid dropping temperatures. But as crews arrived to clean up at Camp Pekiwewin Tuesday morning, some people refused to leave without being arrested. Vinesh Pratap has community reaction.
