Canada’s chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam responded to questions regarding aerosol transmission of the coronavirus on Friday, saying there is recognition that droplets of different sizes play a role in transmission, but how much a role smaller sized droplets or aerosols play “still remains an area of research.”
