Frustrated by a COVID-19 rule that won’t allow spectators into Royal Lepage Place to watch their kids play minor hockey, one West Kelowna hockey mom has taken to the internet to raise money to live stream the games.
It was a fantastic success as the West Kelowna Panthers raised enough funds to broadcast the entire season in just 24 hours .
