B.C. app developer wants to take on challenge of COVID-19 contact tracing

It’s been almost five months since the federal government announced a national contact tracing app. B.C. won’t sign up for it – saying the app is too broad and not meaningful. But there’s a local app developer who would like to take on the challenge. Richard Zussman has the story.
