WATCH ABOVE: Monday is the first day of a voluntary pilot project at the Coutts border crossing. It allows travellers coming to Alberta from international destinations to opt in for a COVID-19 test when they enter Canada. As Quinn Campbell reports, the aim is to reduce the time they are expected to quarantine.
