After some time off due to the pandemic, young athletes at Champions Gymnastics are back to training at their gym on Lansdowne Street West. Champions has been offering competitive classes since June and recently brought back their recreational programs with COVID-19 measures in place. The gym says the kids have caught on to those new rules quickly and are also applying those same lessons outside of their classes. Katrina Squazzin has more.
