Ontario Finance Minister Rod Phillips said Monday that he would introduce a three-year budget plan on Thursday, Nov. 5, that would “build on our government’s $30-billion response to COVID-19.” He added that Ontario would return to the traditional budget calendar by the end of March 2021.
