Marie Della Mattia, special advisor to British Columbia Premier John Horgan, on Saturday reacted to the NDP's majority government declaration during the province's snap election. Della Mattia said she's surprised to hear the results "this quickly" (with only one-and-a-half hours after polls closed) and feels optimistic.
