Ipsos Public Affairs CEO Darrell Bricker said on Wednesday that recent Canadian polling shows while opposition voters, like those who would support the Conservative Party, are more in favour of a federal election than supporters of the governing Liberals, overall, people would be “very surprised” if an election were to be called during the pandemic.
