It’s been years in the making but drivers can finally rejoice, as the highways and access ramps leading to the Turcot Interchange open. But as Global’s Tim Sargeant explains, while there is still some landscaping work and other finishing touches to be completed, one important component of the highway won’t be done until the end of the year.
