U.S. Justice Department files lawsuit against Google over antitrust violations

The U.S. Justice Department alongside 11 states have filed an anti-trust lawsuit against Google, alleging it has been using dominance over online searches to stifle competition and harm consumers. The company says it may file pretrial motions challenging the government’s case.
