Strange election letter arriving in B.C. mailboxes

Thousands of B.C. voters say they’ve received a personalized letter stating they haven’t yet voted, and reminding them to do so. While those letters may look like they come from an official elections source, they’re actually from the BC NDP.Kylie Stanton reports
