Ottawa Public Health is reporting a major spike in the amount of COVID-19 concentrations it’s finding in its sewage. A similar test is happening in Toronto to crack down on those who don’t get tested for the virus or are asymptomatic. Matthew Bingley was at one of the city’s waste water treatment plants with the details.
