Next year’s municipal election ballot might be much longer than Albertans are used to. As Tom Vernon explains, Premier Jason Kenney is suggesting the ballot could also include votes on senators-in-waiting, a provincial referendum on equalization, daylight saving time, and even whether or not to pursue enshrining property rights in the constitution.
