Ontario, Quebec urge people to stay home as new cases surge

Health officials in Ontario and Quebec are urging people to stay home to help control a resurgence of COVID-19. But as Mike Armstrong explains, only one province has closed bars and restaurants that encourage public gatherings, while the other is being pressured to follow suit.
