Family of Joyce Echaquan announced through their lawyer Jean- François Bertrand on Friday that they’d be pursuing all legal options against the Joliette, Que. hospital and its staff where she died on Monday. Equachan, an Atikamekw woman, was subjected to degrading racist comments as she lay dying.
