N.B. premier Higgs says time spent serving the province about ‘building a better tomorrow’

New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs said on Tuesday that his time spent serving the province has been about “building a better tomorrow,” and that he wants to see “future generations” do the same. Higgs added the province had seen “so much success already” before and during their response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
