Man threatened people with chainsaw in Strathcona neighbourhood

People living in Vancouver’s Strathcona neighbourhood are on heightened alert after a man was seen chasing and threatening people with a chainsaw. And there have been several safety issues at and near the park recently. As Grace Ke reports – the incident comes just two weeks after a loaded semi-automatic weapon was found near the park.
