Asked about the Ontario Hospital Association’s request to move certain regions in the province back to Phase 2, Ontario’s Health Minister Christine Elliott said Monday that the government doesn’t want to move back a phase “unless we absolutely have to.” She said the province has taken steps to curb the spread of the virus.
