Bollards in downtown Peterborough being removed after Thanksgiving

Downtown Peterborough will soon be reverting to its pre-pandemic look. The white plastic bollards installed this summer will be coming down after Thanksgiving weekend. The barriers created quite a stir among business owners, so our Jessica Nyznik went to the city’s core today to gather some reaction to the news.
