Manitoba’s chief public health officer Dr. Brent Roussin said on Thursday the province is seeing an increased number of COVID-19 cases that are linked to people visiting bars, pubs and restaurants in the Winnipeg region, and that individuals should be decreasing their time in enclosed or crowded spaces, as well as not going out while symptomatic.
