Adjusting the way you look at things and reframing thoughts surrounding situations such as not being able to travel, or see family in person is important to maintain mental health. Try to be solution focused instead of wallowing in negativity. Even though we may not be able to see friends and family as we used to we are able to connect with them over the phone or video chat.
