B.C. government to announce $1.5B in pandemic relief spending Thursday

Since COVID-19 was declared a pandemic and provincial emergency back in March, the B.C. government has put billions of dollars into a host of relief and recovery plans. On Thursday, Premier John Horgan is expected to announce it will spend another $1.5 billion. Global BC reporter Richard Zussman has a look ahead at the province’s relief priorities.
