Canada’s Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland on Tuesday addressed the Trump administration’s decision to drop 10 per cent tariffs on Canadian aluminum, saying it was a welcome decision but stressing that “there are no guarantees” in Canada’s trading relationship with the current U.S. administration.
