9/11 attacks: 19 years later, where is al-Qaeda?
Description
September 11, 2020
Nineteen years ago today, a series of coordinated terrorist attacks by al-Qaeda shook the United States on Sept. 11, 2001. About 3,000 people died and thousands more were injured. After the 9/11 attacks, al-Qaeda did not conduct any further major attacks on the West, so does this mean that the organization no longer poses a threat to the U.S. and Canada?
