Cobourg marks 75th anniversary of the liberation of Canadian prisoners of war in Japan and Hong Kong

The Town of Cobourg held a ceremony Saturday to mark the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Canadian prisoners of war in Japan and Hong Kong.
