New Brunswick Liberal Leader Kevin Vickers said on Friday that the party had rejected Premier Blaine Higgs’ proposal to keep his government in power for the next two years, or until the COVID-19 pandemic had been declared over. Vickers said that talks over the past several days were akin to having a gun held to the party’s head.
