Coronavirus: Canadian health officials say they’re looking at changes in human behaviour this fall and its impact on COVID-19

Canada’s deputy chief public health officer Dr. Howard Njoo said on Friday that determining whether a second wave or outbreak would occur in the country this fall was difficult, but that they would be looking at how human behaviour may change such as people spending more time indoors due to cooler weather, and students heading back to school. He said they also would be watching how the upcoming flu season interacts with the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and will adjust as necessary.
