Ontario NDP leader Andrea Horwath says parents face ‘impossible choice’ over back-to-school

Ontario’s opposition leader criticized the Ford government’s back-to-school plan as risky. During an interview with Global Kingston’s Bill Hutchins, Andrea Horwath urged the government to commit more money for smaller class sizes when schools reopen next month during the COVID-19 pandemic.
