Manitoba saw a significant jump in COVID-19 cases Thursday, with health officials reporting 30 new cases of the virus. Health officials also warned of potential exposure to COVID-19 for passengers in rows 16-22 on Air Canada flight AC 8595 that arrived in Winnipeg July 29.
