The deal is officially done. Peterborough Distribution Incorporated now belongs to Hydro One, after the sale was finalized Saturday. On Tuesday, Hydro One executives and some local government officials met outside PDI’s office to acknowledge the change in ownership. Jessica Nyznik reports.
