‘Local first’ policy scrapped, long lineups remain on BC Ferries

It is a busy sailing day for BC Ferries as British Columbians head for the terminals to escape the city for the long weekend. With the “locals first” policy scrapped by the province it is now easier to get onboard without reservations — but as Sarah MacDonald reports — it’s still a waiting game.
