After three rescues in three days last week by the Penticton Fire Department’s swift water rescue team, Fire Chief Larry Watkinson is speaking out. Watkinson took to social media recently to voice his concerns when it comes to floating Penticton’s river channel, to ensure everyone enjoys their time on the water safely.
