Winnipeg police lay first degree murder, drug trafficking charges against criminal organization members

Winnipeg police announced on Monday the charges laid against over 10 individuals following a months-long organized crime investigation, including chargers of first degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, drug trafficking, kidnapping and other charges.
