One person was taken to hospital following a collision on Highway 35 north of 7A on Monday morning. Emergency crews were called just before 8 a.m. for a two vehicle crash involving an SUV and pickup truck. One person was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital by paramedics. City of Kawartha Lakes firefighters had the northbound lanes blocked and directed traffic around the scene. No word yet if charges will be laid.
