Encouraging social-distancing in Quebec’s bars

While some bars in Quebec have allowed their customers to flout social-distancing rules and put themselves at risk of becoming COVID-19 hotbeds, the New Bar Association is fighting to make sure they stay safe places to have a drink. The NABQ’s Paul Desbaillets joins Global’s Dan Spector.
