Conservative Party leader Andrew Scheer said on Wednesday, in response to the government’s economic and fiscal snapshot, that Finance Minister Bill Morneau “painted an extremely dire” picture for Canada’s finances but said he gave no plan on how to help Canada, including how to stimulate growth and attract business or create the conditions for job growth.
