In light of the United States–Mexico–Canada Agreement (USCMA) coming into effect July 1, Quebec Premier François Legault on Tuesday said that although there are sanctions, he would rather have this agreement than no free trade agreement at all, and that U.S. tariffs on Canadian aluminum would “really hurt us.”
