‘Restructuring isn’t working’ say some downtown Peterborough business owners

The city is continuing to receive backlash from some businesses for changes made to the downtown core nearly one week ago.
A number of store owners held a rally in front of city hall this afternoon to voice their concerns.
They say the restructuring is hurting, not helping.
