Personal care homes in Manitoba need time to accommodate indoor visits again

After being given the green light yesterday to once again welcome visitors into facilities – in a limited fashion and with strict health guidelines in place – people involved with personal care homes say it’s going to take some time to get things set up. Global’s Joe Scarpelli reports.
