Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Friday announced that 24 regions in Ontario are going to move to stage two of reopening following the lowest number of COVID-19 cases since March. Ford also said another announcement would be coming on Monday as shopping malls, barber shops, hair salons, restaurants and bars would begin reopening in the 24 regions.
