Following Premier Doug Ford's announcement Monday about the re-opening of hair and nail salons this Friday, phones have been ringing off the hook at Peterborough and area salons. But although many have been patiently awaiting a cut, colour or manicure, the wait might not be over just yet. Salon owners have months of catchup to play after closing for nearly three months. Jessica Nyznik reports.
