LandlordBC wants the rental sector to be exempt from the province's state of emergency declaration, saying its members want to have more freedom to collect unpaid rent and evict tenants. We talk to LandlordBC CEO David Hutniak about why the ongoing ban on evictions is not sustainable for his members.
