Hundreds of Ontario COVID-19 cases go unreported after ‘mix-up’ between two hospitals

Nearly 700 cases of COVID-19 have gone unreported in Ontario following a communication break down between Mount Sinai Hospital and William Osler Health System. The error means these positive cases went without contact tracing. Morganne Campbell has more.
