Diner owner in Minden defies emergency act

The owner of a popular restaurant in Minden, Ont. has had enough with Ontario’s Emergency Measures and Civil Protection Act and has reopened his diner to the public.
On Friday morning, Jason Lake said was willing to break the rules in order to keep his eatery in business.
As Dan Nyznik reports, the consequences could be quite costly.
