Ontario man chains himself to tree protesting conditions of long-term care homes

Innis Ingram’s mother is a resident of Camilla Care Community, a long-term care facility hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. As Erica Vella reports, the man has chained himself to a tree on the facility’s property and says he is not eating as a sign of protest for the conditions of long-term care facilities in the province.
